Are prices in EUR?
Yes. All listed tiers are billed in EUR through a Swedish entity, Agonist Development AB. Invoices include the EU VAT line for VAT-registered customers; reverse charge applies for cross-border B2B inside the EU under standard rules.
What does the annual discount cover?
Annual billing saves 20% off the monthly list price and locks the tier for twelve months. Mid-term upgrades are prorated against the remaining term; downgrades take effect at renewal. There is no annual lock on the Free tier.
Is there an enterprise tier?
Yes. Enterprise customers needing dedicated tenancy, custom retention windows, on-premise deployment, or signed Data Processing Agreement terms beyond the default DPA should contact [email protected]. Procurement-grade documents are available on request.
What happens at the cap?
Each tier has a monthly verdict cap. At the cap, additional scans return HTTP 402 with a clear refusal — we do not silently meter overage. Upgrade the tier or wait for the cap to reset on the first of the following month UTC.
